BIN Inventory Management

BIN location inventory management offers accurate inventory, by SKU, for every BIN location in your warehouse.

BINs may be Pickable, Non-Pickable, Quarantine, Replenishment, Trolleys, Pack Stations and Totes.

On the Stock App and in the Back Office, you can view inventory by BIN and see what stock is held in that BIN and in the exact inventory for the BIN.

Accept stock into BIN locations, Move stock between BIN locations, Pick from BINs and Stock Take by BIN location.

Pick from BIN locations, moving stock onto “totes” and finally to packing stations, tracking the movement of stock at each step. BINs, Totes and Pack Stations are all BINs holding inventory.

The Stock App offers a user friendly, fast and reliable tool for your warehouse team to manage the movement of stock between BIN locations.

The “Move” table in the back office provides a full audit trail on every transaction against an SKU including Goods In, Stock Transfers, Moves, Stock adjustments, Returns, Picks and Goods Out with full User, Date and Time Stamps.

Returns

Accept returns on the fly using the Back Office or the Stock App.

Customer services and sales teams can create and open Returns Documents and email them to customers directly from the back office.

Once an item has been returned and inspected, refund, resend or exchange items.

Exchanged or “resend” items are automatically pushed into the Sales Order Dashboard to be processed, picked and packed.

Credit Notes are created against the Returned Item in the sales Order.

Credit Notes and Updated Sales Orders are pushed to your Accounting platform of choice.

Create Stock Takes by BIN Location on the fly using the Stock App.

Full Variance Reporting on any Items where Expected Quantity does not equal Actual Quantity.

Resolve Variances for accurate stock levels with Reason/Codes and User, Date/Time Stamp.

If fewer items found than expected, Stok.ly temporarily reduces the stock to the quantity counted to avoid “oversells”.

Once a Variance is resolved, see the adjustment filter automatically through to the Stock Adjustment Table and Stock History Table.
